FAQs:

Q: What information must I provide in the file?
A: For each student, you should provide:
  • StudentIDNumber
  • StudentLastName
  • StudentFirstName
  • GradeLevel
  • SchoolName
  • TeacherLastName
  • TeacherFirstName
We make every effort to comply with COPPA regulatory guidelines.
Q: When is the deadline for submitting the file?
A: To avoid having to enter each student individually, submit your district student file by January 7. Your district will be set up in time for the January 14 practice window. However, we will accept files as late as January 15 for participation in the Math Mania Bowl. A five business day turnaround will still apply
Q: What is the timeframe for receiving usernames and passwords?
A: Voyager Learning will process your file within five business days and contact you via e-mail to let you know the import has been completed and how to use your site license. We also will provide you with tip sheets for how to pull usernames and passwords and how to add additional students.
Q: What do I get when I register?
A: Each registered student can freely access VmathLive from January 14 to February 8, and any student who logs in to VmathLive on January 30 can participate in Math Mania Bowl.
Q: When can students and teachers access VmathLive with this trial site license?
A: From January 30, 2013, to February 8, 2013.
Q: When does Math Mania Bowl begin? When does it end?
A: Math Mania Bowl officially starts on January 30, 2013, at 12 AM Eastern Standard Time. It ends January 31, 2013, at 5 AM Eastern Standard Time.
Q: How will I know what my students are doing in VmathLive?
A: Your trial also grants access to Vport®, our online data management system. Teacher, school administrators, and district administrators can monitor student progress via class and student dashboards. Our reports give you insight on how much time students spend in VmathLive, how many problems they solve, where they may be struggling, and more.
